College of Medicine
The University of Tennessee College of Medicine offers programs
leading to the Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. The College of
Medicine also participates in the Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)/Doctor
of Philosophy (Ph.D.) combined degree program.
The College of Medicine is a member of the Association of
American Medical Colleges (AAME) and is accredited by the Liaison
Committee on Medical Education (LCME), which represents the Council
on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the
Association of American Medical Colleges.
